I am an ADHD coach supporting adults who are newly or recently diagnosed and feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in shame. I offer calm, compassionate, trauma-informed coaching focused on rebuilding self-trust and creating sustainable ways of living and working with ADHD. I also support clients funded through Access to Work.
